1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by mavi11 as data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

The following categories of data are processed through the site:

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Following up requests and complaints and carrying out communication activities.
• Running quote processes and the contractual relationship.
• Carrying out after-service support activities.
• Running information security processes and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Under article 5/2 of the KVKK your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that the data controller must meet a legal obligation, and legitimate interest; in all other cases it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Collection method

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic and partly automatic means, through the contact and quote forms on the website, newsletter subscription, email, telephone and WhatsApp channels.

6. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and email infrastructure providers so that the service can be delivered, and to authorised public institutions where there is a legal obligation, within the framework of articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

7. Your rights as data subject

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred.
• To request correction where the data is incomplete or inaccurate.
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met.
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
• To claim compensation where you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
